More HDB interim upgrades is on it's way but only to flats not in the opposition wards...hmmm...I wonder if those flats built in opposition wards are not built by HDB??!! Or the peoplestaying in these wards are purely foreigners??!! Hmmm.....*scratch scratch* I wonder...what's in the name of a nation...a singaporean?
